The location of this charming old house is very convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. the rooms have beautiful windows that let in plenty of sunlight, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. the shared bathrooms are spotless and there is even a kitchen available to use. the staff is friendly and the WiFi is fast and reliable.
The breakfast is not worth the price and the walls are quite thin, causing some noise disturbances from other guests.

We were pleasantly surprised by the location of the guesthouse, as it was situated in a quiet street but still close to the city center. the room we stayed in was spacious and had everything we needed, including a TV and a handy hot water jug with tea and coffee provided in the kitchen. the friendly host made our check-in process smooth and hassle-free.
The kitchen area could get quite crowded at times, but it didn't hinder our overall experience.

We had a lovely stay at a guesthouse in a great location with easy access to shops and restaurants. Our room had a beautiful window that let in lots of light, and the blackout shade was perfect for the midnight sun. The shared bathrooms were clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We loved having a little refrigerator in our room and being able to use the well-equipped kitchen to prepare breakfast. The WiFi was a bit slow, but the owner assured us they would look into it, and overall, we had a wonderful time at Birta Guesthouse.

Loved it! Best place for a romantic escape! the room was clean and cozy, perfect for a couple. We had the ensuite annex room, which was great because we had our own private bathroom. the location was also ideal, with easy parking and close proximity to attractions. And the best part? They had a shared kitchen where we could cook our own romantic meals together. It made our stay even more special!
No complaints! Loved everything about it.

Our purpose was to explore the beautiful eastern fjords, and we were not disappointed. The annexe room we stayed in was a cozy and modern two-room building with its own private entrance and bathroom facilities. The room was light, bright, and impeccably clean. The amenities provided, such as the microwave, toaster, and kettle, were convenient for our stay. The comfortable bed and warm room made for a restful night's sleep. The wifi and parking were excellent, and we never had any trouble finding a free shower room. our experience at Birta Guesthouse was fantastic and reasonably priced.
Can recommend this hotel.
